DWI Driving Privileges Reinstated
A Lincoln County man was facing loss of his driving privileges for having a blood alcohol content over the legal limit. After a full hearing on the matter, the Court agreed that there was no probable cause to believe the man was driving while intoxicated based on the details Mr. Muhlenkamp presented. The Court reinstated the man’s driving privileges immediately.

Advanced Level Training from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys
One of our St. Louis DWI lawyers, Attorney Tory Bernsen, has obtained advanced level training on how to win DUI cases by using a driver’s internal body clock to prove that our client wasn’t impaired when the arresting officer pulled him/her over. This training was provided by the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys and the information used was compiled from judges, DWI prosecutors, former police officers, and criminal defense lawyers.
Both the One Leg Stand Test and the Modified Romberg Balance Test assess driver’s internal body clock. If a driver’s clock is within +/- five seconds out of 30 seconds, a police officer may testify that the driver was not intoxicated when the traffic stop occurred.
After reviewing all the facts of a case, Attorney Bernsen can properly implement this legal defense. There is only a small fraction of attorneys who have the knowledge, training, experience, skills, and resources to resolve and win DWI cases—and she is one of those lawyers by being a member of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys.
